Early College High School – Dream Big, Right Now!

Lorain County Early College High School is a combined high school and college experience for first-generation college students, where you can earn both a high school diploma and college associate degree at the same time.

Located on the campus of Lorain County Community College, you get the advantage of all the cool technology, labs, theater and fitness center that LCCC offers. Plus you can play the guitar in the ‘Rock Lab’, go on an archaeological dig on Johnson’s island, immerse yourself in Lake Erie water quality research and so much more!

Enrollment is now open to eighth graders in Elyria. Eighth-grade students in surrounding Lorain County districts may also enroll through Open Enrollment to Elyria City Schools.
