Commodore Books & More isn’t just for textbooks. The bookstore at Lorain County Community College sells educational supplies, college apparel and technology brands like Apple, HP and FitBit – and so much more. The store is open to all, including students and community members.

“Commodore Books & More is a great resource for Lorain County. Most people are surprised at the variety of great products we have in stock,” Commodore Books & More Manager Patty Clark said.

Core:tech, the technology department located inside Commodore Books & More, sells a variety of quality electronics at educational prices. Computers, tablets, printers, headphones, recorders, and accessories are available from brands like Apple, Dell, Samsung, ASUS, Sony, HP, Olympus, Livescribe, STM, Sol Republic, Skullcandy, and more. Commodore Books & More is the only Apple Authorized Campus Store on a community college campus, making the latest products affordable and accessible for students and the community.

“The store does more than just sell technology – they repair it, too. No matter where a device or computer was purchased, the knowledgeable staff at the tech:bar will take the time to diagnose the problem and repair it within an reasonable time frame,” Clark said. Services include mobile screen repair, virus and spyware removal and many other services offered at affordable pricing.

They also offer clothing and items branded for college and universities in LCCC’s University Partnership, including Ohio State University, Kent State University, Bowling Green State University, Ohio University and many more.
