Learn how to better manager your career and personal life at the “Striking a Healthier Work-Life Balance” from 12-1 p.m., Wednesday, October 19 in room 209 of the Bass Library and Community Resource Center.

LCCC Professor Lisa Augustine, Ph.D., will examine how to set limits and look after oneself through proper nutrition and exercise. She will also provide both on and off campus resources to achieve this goal.

The event is sponsored by the Bass Library and is part of its ongoing series, Focus on Faculty.
