LCCC’s Society of Women Engineers to Host “Is There an Engineer Inside You?”

The Society of Women Engineers Collegiate Interest Group at LCCC will host “Is There an Engineer inside You?” from 9-11 a.m., Monday, October 26 in College Center Commons read here.

The free event is part of Manufacturing Month. The event is open to all, including students, teachers, counselors and parents.

Learn about the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and their activities from SWE LCCC chapter student president Arshiya Anand. Women engineers from industry will be present to share their experience, including NASA Electrical Engineer Karin Bozak; University Partnership alumnae Tasha Markovich;  Energizer general manager Virginia Brant; and Ford electrician Dawn Ruh.

The first 40 to register will receive a free copy of the book “Is There an Engineer inside You?”
