Lorain County is the place to do business in the knowledge economy. That’s the message being delivered throughout Northeast Ohio and the state with the announcement that TeleTech Holdings, Inc., one of the world’s largest and most geographically diverse global providers of business process outsourcing solutions will fill 460 jobs for a center that will operate in Amherst, Ohio.
