 LCCC President Dr. Roy Church (from left) and LCCC Board of Trustee members Minnie Wade and Victor Stewart joined Lorain County Commissioners Ted Kalo and Betty Blair to cut the ribbon dedicating the new LCCC/Lorain County Growth Partnership Learning Center. The LCCC/Lorain County Growth Partnership Learning Center is located on the fifth floor of the county administration building in Elyria and includes a computer lab and distance learning classroom. It is designed to provide education and training for residents of downtown Elyria as well as city and county employees.
