A crane lifts a beam into place on the new LCCC Library/Community Resource Center. The beam contains handprints from children in theLCCC Children’s Learning Center. The new Center will feature a branch of the Elyria Public Library on the first floor. When completed in 2008 it will provide residents and students with enhanced library services and resources.
